1976 dime error ?

Hi;

Found this dime in pocket change; not sure what to make of it on the obverse. Any ideas?

You mean on the reverse don't you ? this makes three of these I have seen unless it is the same coin and I saw it three times. darn if I know , hang onto it and maybe we can figure it out later on.
