    i found this 1999 penny that looks doubled to me.any opinions would be greatful ty

    well it does to me too but i have not been able to find anything on a ddr 1999 penny

    Strike doubling in my opinion, due to the lack of notching and the flat shelf like appearance. Could be wrong i have been before....

    all the letters are doubled but you can not tell by the pics best my phone would do sorry

    Im not doubting that, all im saying is that it looks like either machine doubling or strike doubling a genuine double die would have notching in places like the C in AMERICA and with your photos im not convinced. As i said before dont take my word as right or wrong im simply giving an opinion and do not claim to know everything.

    ok tyvm i dont know very much about doubling like the 1970s on my prfile pic can you tell me what you think about that one please

    No extra value for machine doubling, unless it's much more pronounced and involving most of the devices. Machine doubling is very common.
