Here is what is interesting. The botton one can be released today to represent liberty and bounty.

 

Its a better design then current circulating coins, thanks for sure.

 

Liberty has been replaced by political figures, and bounty by minimalist subsistence.

 

At least we still get to see her on buillion.

 

But seriously they did waif her down. She was robust and healthy on the coins, but not on the bullion.

 

She's got a little but of a healthy belly on this one
