If you are going to slab it, what do you think its worth on the open market???? Im just curious what someone would pay for a low baller???
There is one good thing to be said for that coin, Matt............. When they redesigned the nickel for the Westward Journey series, I bought bags and bags and rolls and rolls of the 2004-2006 WJ's from the Mint and at the "first-day" release ceremonies, about 20,000 nickels in all. I still remember to this day, my first impressions of the "Peace Medal" and "Keel Boat" designs of 2004 when I sorted through the bags. The rims snagged my cotton gloves when I was removing them from the bags!!! The condition of so many of these was terrible. At least with your coin, you have a nice smooth rim. LOL! Chris
Believe it or not, there is a small group of "low-grade" collectors, but they prefer P-01. Keep it in your pocket for a couple years, Matt. Chris
As it should for anybody who grew up watching the 3 stooges - even in reruns for a youngster like me. I put the coin in AG-3 range. Funny PCGS photgrade does not go this low for jeffersons.
