I haven't been able to search this last 2 months but this week I decided to search and it's been good I searched 5 boxes of nickels and got 7 wars 1 box of dimes yesterday skunk and today my best box evers lol 10 40% halves not that bad :hail:

Half Wrappers

I have to re-roll the majority of my halves now rather than bagging them up so I can get immediate credit. I went to drop off my normal box at this one branch and asked for them to order me a box of wrappers so I could purchase them. Well they did me one better, they gave me the entire box of half wrappers they had behind the counter and are going order one for me next time they order.

This is one of the best branches I deal with, it was prob all the Godiva I set them up with.

I'm going to have to do the same shortly. If I have good boxes this weekend, I'll hook them up after the Holiday.

 

I don't have work tomorrow and I have several appointments in the morning and about an hours' break between two of them. So I figure that's a good time to get 'em some pizza. Around 12ish, I guess.

 

I'm sure they will appreciate it, who doesn't love pizza?!

 

I asked the manager today if it was okay, actually, while I was dumping $1k in halves, and she goes "Oh yeah, I have no say in it if you want to do something like that but I'm sure they'll appreciate it!"

It's a pretty busy branch, at noon on a Friday... I'm probably gonna spend like $40 on pizza, haha. Oh well, they deserve it, they've always been awesome to me.

 

It's good karma and keeps smiles on their faces when they are changing the bag 10 times...ha ha ha
I usually go on Sat mornings and I bring donuts now and again, they love donuts and my kid gets one out of the deal, so she is happy. I guess I'm going to have to pay them a visit this weekend to get rid of the rest of the clad I have piled up.

 

Donuts are a better idea, cheaper... oh well, next time!

I had a bank offer me bag service a couple weeks back. I sent out a bag of nickels on the 21st. It was credited to my account just 3 days later, on the 24th.

Looks like I found a new way to dump once I increase my bankroll!

 

Today's results:

$5 pennies: 74 Copper, 1 Canadian, uncirculated 1960D, 1963D, 1964D, 1968D, 1968P. Wheats: 1911P, 1919P, 1940D, 1947D, 2 X 1952D, 1953D, 1956P.

$12 Nickles: Skunk. All were 2012D.

$25 Dimes: Skunk.

$200 Quarters: 1964D.

I finally spent the last of the half dollars of a box I had gotten, plus a few more rolls. Between McDonalds, pizza, lotto, misc food, I spend them. Several dollars at a time, no more, or they'd get mad. A few cashiers still look at them like they've never seen half dollars before. they probably haven't, the half dollar is the least used coin.

Now to start spending dollar coins. When those are gone, If no more halfs, I spend quarters. I haven't used paper money for small purchases in a long time.

Not entirely excited as I would have loved to get some silver.. Glad I didn't get completely skunked though. I think I'm gonna get a couple boxes of Quarters and Dimes and see how my luck pans out tomorrow

 

Ready to hit as hard as I can this morning before work. I def have a box of halves waiting for me, but I need about 5 more dimes to have 3 complete rolls! Very happy to wrap up the month and will also deliver a 6 month review soon for my anniversary! Good luck today and HH peeps!
