Right now its just like little gusts of wind with some rain, no where near as bad as debby was though...It seems like its getting more organized though, hopefully it stays a minimal system tho.
Just wanted to chime in here to WpnsExpert78. If you see a post that is particularly offensive, please use the report post button at the bottom of the post. Myself, and several others here do our best to moderate the forums, but we rely heavily on you and every other member to bring problems to our attention. That's all! And, thank you for your service to our country.
PROVE IT WITHOUT BREAKING FORUM RULES... It took me a while to find just the right response to this wonderful and memorable chapter to cointalk legacy.
Mr. Davis I assure you that if I run across the need to hit the report button I will use it. In this case it was more of a flea that I just need to flick off. To let everyone know. My kids were on another forum and a gentleman emailed them thinking it was I grown man and asked "Why do I post?" then he went on to say that every coin he has seen us post is "FAKE" then when my daughter replied she stated that "My dads coins are not fake" well he then email back and said "Your Daddy is a fake and most own his own mint because they are fake". Well seeing how she was logged in with my account I was getting the emails on my phone. Needless to say it went down hill from there. My daughter was upset because he basically took the value of coin collecting away from her. I know they are pre-teens and emotional but WOW! Anyway skip ahead a day he has the nerve to email and ask to purchase a coin!!! LOL!!! Now I am almost certain he is on this forum as well and like I said the post was more of a rant than anything. I invited him to come see me, send him my phone number and have not heard from him so I think we are good (atleast in his eyes)! One last thing to everyone that has thanked me today I would like to say your welcome and please remember the guys walking their post as we sleep (or post on CT, which by the way the best coin forum around) easy in our beds. :thumb:
I post very infrequently when something comes up in my specific areas and I can add to the knowledge base. I also just read a lot here on subjects not my forte'. Finally, I tune in just to wonder why on earth so many people have such a short fuse on the internet.
+1 I just know if someone posted a million dollar plus coin that there would people on this board would try to knock it down. Collect what you and your children enjoy the rest can go.......well you get the idea
That's easy ...they don't have the guts to do it face to face By the way I realy like to post anything I buy from DanCarr, boy does it really get folks going
Sorry..... but this cracked me up. *(when there's a red wavy line below a word, right click on it and it will give you a list of options including the correct spelling. Just click on it and it'll insert the corrected spelling of the word into your text)
