This coin and the rest that the seller is selling are without a doubt AT.....

    Artificial toning for sure.

The toning is the least of that coins problems, at least that can be fixed with a dip. The coin has been harshly cleaned and has many hairlines and scratches. The coin is an absolute poster child for "When bad things happen to good coins". It is worth melt, but even then I really wouldn't want it playing with my other coins.

In fact, most of the k-topia purple/golden crayon coins are actually listed with "AT" in the title.

She seems to be branching out to sell polished-looking coins with blown-out photos as "GEM BU".

I did get a nice lot of impaired or damaged-case silver proofs from her once for around half melt, but in general I wouldn't go near her stuff. I think she's another seller who had a little "vacation" from eBay; now she's back with a new username, and perhaps trying to avoid trouble by putting "AT" in her titles.

That's the first thing I noticed, not the AT, all those scratches. That poor Franklin!

    Hahaha....wow.

Granted the toning is just absolutely rediculous and without a doubt artificial, I must say those colors are pretty sweet.

When I want to see a rainbow, I spray the hose at a certain angle into the sun while watering the garden, I get some pretty sweet colors as well! ;)

Heck, I'd guess that about one-third (maybe more?) of my post count comes from welcoming new members. I do use my post count milestones as an excuse to have a contest. I noted that I'm approaching 10K, but since the powers that be have cracked down on the contest formats, I guess I can't give away the duck and I can't ask a contest question about the Mayan Calendar.

Huh? Cracked down on contest formats? What does that mean?

No, but you can have a contest to list most coins with a duck on them and give away a world coin contemporary with the Mayan reign. :)

The mods have tightened the enforcement of the already existing rules that contest must be based in numismatics, so Chris would not be able to do a 10,000 post contest.
