My customer service skills are second to none. You would know this if you knew how to read, or write. Let me ask you something. Why would someone with a graduate degree in computer science be worried about being ripped off for a few dollars in shipping & handling charges? Seems to me that someone with that educational background would have a lucrative job.

If you claim that you have never given bad feedback, please disclose your E-Bay username so we can check for ourselves.

I usually get 15-20 watchers if it starts off at 0.99 us dollar.

    Interesting.

I have never received any sort of negative feedback. Not on FeeBay, Gunbroker, or any of the various forums I've sold stuff on. All of my recent auctions have been free shipping and I start the bidding at $0.99. Why is it that you believe that buying something from any of us on FeeBay would be a bad thing? Just because we can't seem to come to an agreement on this?

Also, you never did tell us how you think it's fair for you to take the cost of gas into consideration when driving to a coin show but it's not fair for sellers to do the same.

You mention that you do take the cost of shipping into consideration in determining your max bid, so what does it matter? Why leave negative feedback for what you deem to be high shipping costs when it's all part of the same overall cost that you're willing to pay? That sounds a little vindictive if you ask me.

Alright auctions ended, and I have sent off most of the packages already. There are a few auctions still unpaid and have not responded to E-Mail. I have informed buyers via all my auction listings that they have 24 hours time to send payment or contact me if they need a little bit of time to prepare payment.

So I have not received payment or a response to any of my E-Mails from any of them yet. It has been 2 days since the auctions ended. If I decide to use the "second chance offer" or the relist option, will that void the original winning bids? Will they still be able to leave me (negative) feedback?

Thanks again for all the support guys.

You can't use the second chance offer or relist any item until the current transaction is complete. You are the seller which means you have to abide by every E-Bay rule or else. Two days is not enough time to start the non paying bidder process no matter what you put in your listing. Per E-Bay rules, you must wait at least 4 days before filing a non-paying bidder claim. Please read the attached link below for more information.

What to do when a buyer doesn't pay (unpaid item process)

Most E-Bay bidders know this and usually make payment within the 4 day window. I usually give buyers 3 days to pay in my listing and then send them a reminder e-mail on the 3rd day. After that, I give them one day to respond to my message or make payment. If they do neither, I file a non paying bidder claim in the resolution center. The purpose of the reminder e-mail is to conform with E-Bay's rule to "Talk to the Buyer". You need to be able to show E-Bay that you tried to contact the buyer before filing a claim. After opening a claim, you must wait another 4 days before you can close the claim.

Good luck, I hope they all make payment.

Yeah,, give them time. I"ve had some buyers take up to 2 weeks before submitting payment... and have almost never had a problem with non-payment. Give'em time.

Alright, after several E-Mails later I finaly have received replys and payments to the last remaining auctions, but there is still one left. I have no issues with delayed payments, if I get at least one response to my E-Mails... so that I know they are still alive.

Some posts removed for various reasons. Tone down the responses to a civil level. Thanks, Jim

Don't you remember, he can't see this, because he blocked us. All because he doesn't realize how to accept the fact that 2 people can have different opinions.
