    They are modern proofs. I can almost guarantee they are PF69UC or PF70UC. Not too much "guessing" involved.

    True they are modern. However, the guessing is for an experiment on grading from online photos :thumb:

    The tricky part is trying to discern scratches or dust as being on the slab itself or on the coin. For example the Pennsylvania, I'm pretty sure it's on the slab, because you have some particular tastes.

    :D...you can't tell with those photos, slabs are too messed up.

    Yes, it is hard to tell from the photos. I can't tell if the PA coin has milk spots or it is on the plastic. Other than the scratches on what appears to be the plastic, they other coins appear quite good (PF69 or PF70).
