I didn't pay a premium for them, so probably not :)

Ike Dollars sell for a slight premium at coin shops, dealer tables at coin shows, flea markets, etc. but if you don't have one of those avenues in which to sell them you will probably not be able to get a premium for them. Ike Dollars (and $2 bills) are great for tips. That could be the spark that creates a new coin collector.

Yuriyg, Ike's ARE collectible and many of us love them. Your typical circulated Ike's do not command a premium over face value unless it is a "variety". The HIGH dollar Ike's are the really high grade coins!! Some Top Pops sell for tens of thousands!!

Like all other coins, there are errors, varieties, etc that command a premium, but the fun part for a lot of us is looking through the coins trying to find those. Everyone is correct above in that you can sell them for an average of $1.25 each. Higher and lower based on how circulated they are. If interested in selling them, PM me, I'll make you an offer OR help guide you into the deep realm of becoming an Ike Nut.

It depends on the value of Ike dollars. If one looks at the PCGS guide on IKES, some have considerable value in higher level conditions. Circulated Ikes have no value over face, but just look at the numbers here. Ikes are definitely gaining in popularity, and high condition ones can be rather pricey in some cases. All MS ones are worth 8-10x face value, so don't dismiss them so easily.
