Coin identification?

    Can anyone identify what this coin is? Got it from a friend and it is heavily damaged, there is no wording on it, just a two headed bird with a crest on one side, and the letter 10 with the date 1895 on the other. As of right now these are the best pictures I can take.

    I believe that is an Austrian 10 heller, you can get them from ebay for under a dollar a piece.
