Well, I know very little about large cents... however, it sure looks like some of the fakes I've seen (same details and patina), and with a "0" feedback seller using the "estate sale" modus operandi, I would stay far away from this one.
It's a fake, it has the reverse of 1833 N5. It's also a common fake reverse, this fake reverse die has been used to make multiple obverse dates. The worst ones, in terms of detecting, are when they use this to make an 1833 which I have seen, it was paired with the horned 3 obverse from I believe N8.
