I found a 1964 Jefferson Nickel with full steps and a very brilliant shine to it with not much wear. I can not post a pic as of yet, because my camera was recently stolen. Just wondering how rare these are. Could there be any value?
Hard for anyone here to give their opinion without photos of both sides, and a close up of the steps on the reverse.
I hope to get a new camera soon. I tried scanning it, but it was too blurry. I will def post a pic soon, though. Thank you so much.
I can tell you this, if there is any bridging, where two steps merge then separate from each other, that would hold it back from FS designation, along with major nicks crossing through more than one step and interrupting the steps. Scroll down to post #7. Pics of nicks, bridges, etc. http://www.cointalk.com/t82244/
