Also new this week is a Series 1934 A $5 Silver Certificate Mule that replaces a lower quality ungraded note. I purchased this one directly from the Rickeys.
So when you get a note to upgrade and "replace" the previous lower graded note, do you actually sell it?
Great 34A SC $5 mule Clay. Nice addition bud. Can you PM me information about contacting the Rickeys ?
Heck might as well start dumping mine in here too... Here's a few 1928-C's I just grabbed. Oh, and a rarer sig Atlanta Ace...
Here's an adrenaline shot for the thread: Been wanting this for a LONG time, finally got one in my price range that faced up like I wanted. If I start posting all my newps I am going to whip this thread's ass...
Wow MEC2, that is a NICE note! I've been wanting one of those for a long time as well, but it's currently out of my price range in XF. Is that a tear at the top of the note, or is that from the scan?
That's where someone fed their pet rat. Figure it's a F-15 to VF-20 apparent note (grading conservatively). Still love the face up and really love the back fold ink, in great condition with great tone. Took me long enough to hunt one down, wasn't like I hadn't been swinging at these like a drunk kid at a birthday pinata... finally nailed one!
And today's acquisition courtesy of the nice folks at Heritage... Gonna start pushing to get a nice round set of Republic of Texas notes in affordable grade.
