Your picture makes it look like it is badly worn, but the details are there for a VG. For comparison, here is a certified G4. In case you have normal eyes and cannot read the date, it is a 1913.
You know, the more I look at this coin...the more I feel that it grades higher than I previously said. According to the ANA grading guide, this coin exceeds all the requirements of VG8 but does not meet all the requirements of a F12 IMHO. So, I'm going to revise what I said earlier and say this coin grades VG10...but I voted VG8 as their is no VG10 option.
