    No,it was a clumsy mint employee with dirty hands at the mint.But that didn't happen during the striking process of the coin when it was actually minted so it can't be an error.(PFCMEA)-Post Fingerprint Clumsy Mint Employee altercation!!:):)still a cent.

    I figured. The longer I’m a coin owner (yeah I’m back to that after be a ‘collector’ for a few weeks) the more I find to spend.
