Which violates eBay's rules... no uncertified coins over $2500. Hrere's the rule: All single coins listed in the Coins: US category with a Buy It Now price of $2500 or more must receive a numeric grade from an approved grading company and include a numeric grade in the listing. Listing it in auction format (with a reserve) with the BIN option doesn't excuse the seller from the violation. I wonder what the combined IQ of the two bidders is...
Nice pictures, most likely taken with cellphone. Granted, my setup for taking photos of coins is very lacking but you can see no detail on this coin at all. And $4500.............lol.

Perhaps a no mint mark 1990 cent is rare in Hawaii. It may also be a "rare" Denver mint cent with no mint mark
