Looks like soft mushy strike on the obverse. I dropped it to 65 because of that and the hits. I guess I will find out later.
This and http://www.cointalk.com/t207616/ will be ending tonight. I will be out of pocket next week so no new one tonight.
Not sure if the majority of the scratches are on the coin or the slab. I am going to go out on a limb and say 65 even though I see a 64 there. 65 because I think the slab has seen a few days.
My first take of this coin was there is no way this made 66. Strike and luster are there particularly on the reverse. But then there are those nicks. I don't know why, but those nicks do not shine (show up) like they do on most coins. If you don't see the nicks, I easily understand the 66 PCGS gave it.
