Some quick questions on these notes is the first one a repeater and whats up with that ink splotch on the second one????
The first one is not a repeater and the second one is just that an ink spot. It looks like it happened in the wild, as it does not look like the ink used to print the note and does not look like any ink smear I have ever seen on a note.

I still collect S/N's like that because they are trinaries (S/N's with 3 specific digits in it). Yours would be 0,6, and 3. It's up to you at this point of you want to keep it just for fun. The second one is indeed just a sharpy mark.
