Rpm or not?

the bottom of the s is tripled, and the top doubled. weird looking mint mark. those are polish lines trailing off to the west.

turns out they just had crappy mint marks in san francisco in 1970.

 

Sure looks like something is going on with that mint mark.

 

i thought so too, but coppercoins said 70's were often confused with rpms.

 

it is on a small date.

 

Actually, most of the coins from the 70s were pretty craptastic.
