A quick search of MAC doesn't bring up anything trustworthy about Alan Hager.
Seems he is trying to make his own coins more valuable by putting a sticker on the coins he sells. This leads me to believe that the sticker is based only on his opinion and not a market.

    .

CAC is not "regrading" its own work. Please navigate to CAC.com, join, and become educated in all things CAC.
However, as I previously mentioned, I suspect you know a bit more than you present, about the subject.

Your question has already been answered, on the CAC Forum, in depth.

CAC is just a sticker. I pay no extra value based on the sticker. This is because I have seen them sticker coins that have no business being on A or B coin. But coins deserving of a grade 1 or two below.

This is exactly where I ended up in regard to all stickers.
The thing about expert opinions in any field is that they are all over the place.
I'm taking a pass on the MAC stickered coin I spotted. Don't have an EBay account yet.
I signed up with Stack's Bowers and have my first couple of bids in.
