The RCM must have hired the creative director from the Franklin Mint a few years ago.

Kentucky or California? Pick one already...

Kentucky is OK but it is very close to Cincinnati.

From KY and still love it, but my bod is now in CA. My bro is in Cincinnati and I lived in Brooklyn just before I came to CA.

I would propose "beatthecrapottaitzation" as the preferred description of the process.

Man, the RCm is just CHURNING out the coins, aren't they? Every time I turn around there is 5 more special issues from them it seems. From the prices in the aftermarket I don't see many holding their values. Who is buying all of these modern issues? Save for PM appreciation it sure looks like they take a beating.

Damn dinosaur coins cost a fortune on the after market going back to '08 at least.

At first glance, it looks like somebody "did their business" on the coin - maybe a dinosaur...

Our Canadian brethren refer to such coins as 'granny bait'. Sort o' like HSN only they skip the middle man.......
