1999 D Jefferson Nickel Obverse Doubling

Didn't find this coin in Variety Vista so hoping you old timers that know what your doing can help me out. Is this a double die?
A friend of mine, yes I do have at least one friend, found this in change. Looking forward to your remarks. Full steps so a nice coin to boot. Should this be sent to NGC etc.? Thanks...

DDD die deterioration doubling,not a double(d) die,no don't send it in to NGC its just spare change.

I agree with not a Doubled Die.

The correct terminology is Doubled Die not double.

The word "Trust" show die deterioration doubling, flat and shelf like, but is not a doubled die.

 

Minted by a worn die. No signs of a doubled die at all.
