Morgandude11 As long as it's Silver, I'm listening

ONCE again, the best value is to buy a SLABBED coin from a REPUTABLE dealer. I don't waste my money getting raw stuff, as it has minimal resale value very often. You could have gotten this coin in a slab for what you paid for it, plus the cost of having it graded, and had a solid investment and a beautiful coin as well.

I only paid $30 for the coin itself so i don't think that it was that bad of a deal if you ask me, however other people could have their opinions too. :D

No add the cost of roundtrip shipping, insurance, and submission fees.

NGC's price guide for an 82SPL has a value of $66.

I was in it around $52 at the end, so i think that it was a good deal then.

If you want to call a couple of dollars over what you're into it for.

I would think it would be the most expensive coin in the world!!!!!!!! I have never seen an 82.:p

*Edit* Ok, just smack me. I thought that BU had made a typo, but there are eleventy-billion spare a grade posts and didn't catch that this was for an 82.:foot-mouth: I'll go to my corner now.

    BU-
I am only 15 years old and a few bucks could get me a lot and could actually make a difference for me. unlike you, who probably is a huge coin collector, i am just getting started and i am pretty happy that i actually made a few bucks on this transaction.

I'm not trying to discourage you in anyway K2, and I do remember you mentioning you were in your teens when you came here over a year ago.

I mentioned the prices from last year because this thread is a little over year old now.

I'm only trying to help you to see that had you searched for this same coin already slabbed, you could have found it for less than what you're into it now for.

As long as you're happy with it as is, that's all the really matters anyway.

    **EDIT**

No I'm not a huge coin collector. My collection is modest, and my collecting budget even more modest.
