If condition doesn't mean the top of the world with you, eBay.

No way in the world is any 64 Kennedy with no numismatic premium selling for more than any Morgan or Peace with no numismatic premium.

Melt is $11.15. and are going for about $13/$14 tops.

They only have .36169 ounces of silver, and the current spot price is $30.84.

    Do the math.

This might sound out there, but the Barry Chappel coin show. On Tuesdays, and prerecorded shows usually the weekend, he has this guy Rick Tomaska on. Rick's written several books and is considered an authority on Franklin and Kennedy half's. He also sells coins on the show. These are all gem grade coins and the prices and quality can't be beat. If nothing else in an hour he'll teach you a lot about these coins, grading and a wealth of information.

With melt at $11.15, that's gonna be hard to beat. Even in bulk through apmex, they are over $12 each.

You're missing his point. Note the snickering dog in his second post. Then redo the math. :D

    I won't say it's a good point.

The members of this forum have given you all good places to go yet you seem to think you can do better and if that is the case then maybe you should have bought them for 11.50 ea. Unless you are going into the wholesale silver business dont expect to pay less than everyone else. :dead-horse:

Sounds like you've done plenty of research to shoot down the first couple "opinions". My advice is to go with the lowest offered bid/price. Isn't that the way buying and selling works? This topic should be done...

See if the bank will order you some. If you can order a box of halves , you may find some for face value. A box of half is $500.00, but you sometimes get lucky. I ordered two boxes a while back and found 15 rolls of 90%, and 10 rolls of 40%. So, if you can do this you may do alright. Go to the bank and ask. After I go through the boxes, I take them on vacation and spend them. It's fun to watch people when I pay for things. Good luck.
