Forgot to mention last Friday when I went to pick up a box of dimes and got all brand new 2011's. Ugh. Went to dump those, stopped at another bank for another box of dimes and AGAIN, all brand new. Called it a day and went home. Anyways, decided to give it another try and picked up a box today.

1 - 1950
1 - 1957
2 - 1960
1 - 1964

Maybe I'll give dimes another shot!

I need to fill up my first roll of war nickels I'm missing. 8 so yesterday I got 3 boxes and only got 1 43p lol o well now I only need 7

 

Haha, I just filled 2 rolls (1 war, 1 40%ers) over the past few days, I love that feeling.

I am having great luck. Started about 2 weeks Ago. Searched about 500 in crh rolls, and have 4 90% and 18 40%s. I am addicted.

I think my beginners luck might wear out, but it's so fun. Can't thank you all enough for the good advice.

Best roll had 10 40%s. yes, I freaked.

Halves-1 40%ender. I was shocked seeing as how it was a loomis box. still not worth the effort but my bank keeps ordering even though i told them i dont want anymore halves(cant resist when they have one though)
My schedule at work has shifted and now I only have 2 days a week i can hit up banks. this unfortunately should slow my searching down quite a bit. HOTN-you should start a loomis thread where we can all go to whine about them....lol:smile

Went through my first box of halves ever a few months ago and found 2 90% silver and 5 or 6 40%. Needless to say I was so excited! but then got about 7 more boxes at different times and only ended up with a proof S

 

Not a coin roll find but I did get a 2000 south carolina proof in change today. Don't know anything about quarters so don't know if it's worth hanging on to?

 

1 box nickels 1-1944s and 1997s proof. proof only has 1 scratch on rev.

 

$160 CWR halves: 8 40%ers!!!
$20 BWR nickels: one 2009-P, and one 2009-D

The halves are from a bank I've gotten silver from before, the manager said she gathered all the extra halves from each of the tellers and rolled them up That's the most silver halves I've ever gotten at one time!

 

Box of halves, pulled some dirty silver. (2) 64's and a 68D.

 

So I haven't posted on here in awhile but here are the latest stats:

12 boxes of halves all SKUNK!!
and these were from different banks and boxes.

Then finally out of the last 6 boxes I've pulled a total of 5 40%'s and 1 90%.

Plus two CWR rolls from my usual bank revealed a 1937 50 centavos! I love finding foreign silver.

My main bank I order from informed me that they'll be slowing down the Half dollar ordering for a bit due to them incurring excessive fees , I called this morning to see if my 2 boxes we're available and she said yes. So I go down there about five hours later, talk to a different manager and she sold me 8 boxes ! I'm hoping for some monster boxes tonight and tomorrow !
