Is this an error?

Hi, I am new to the site and coin collecting. I Found this quarter in my change a few days ago and am not sure if it is an error or just damaged by someone.

Why do you even post here, Rigo? You never add to the conversation and make asinine, irrelevant one line comments to pad your post count like this "omg". Stop the bickering. "OMG" might not be the most enlightening comment, but there is no reason to react such. Many people use a single acronym or graphic to indicate their reaction. I prefer a longer explanation myself, but each to their own as long as it is consistent with the rules. Attacks are not, so let this be a warning.
