I finally found one of these! Series 1957 Silver Certificate, MA Block with an inverted "W" in the upper right serial number!

This 4-Specimen Uncut Sheet of Series 1981 Federal Reserve Notes just arrived in the mail. Back plate numbers 3273, 3273, 3273, and, WHOOPS! 7273! That's an engraving error. Sheets printed for the Richmond Federal Reserve District in position H1 have a back plate number of "7273" instead of "3273". The back plate numbers for this series didn't even reach 4000.
It took me three months to get this note graded and in auction through Teletrade's submission program: http://www.teletrade.com/coins/lot.asp?auction=3276&lot=2392 Can anyone tell me why it graded only VF? Thanks.
From what I can see in the scan from Teletrade, it has discoloration and many small wrinkles that prevent it from reaching XF.
I slip them into archival comic book covers: http://www.safepub.com/categories/archival-sleeves-cover-holders/p/cover-holders-comic-mediumweight They are a nice size for the 4-specimen uncut sheets.
