Do you feel the coin is worth the asking price?

I checked a few dealers and saw prices $400+ for MS64. The toning is really nice.

don't really like it anymore than the one in my type set. I can see someone else liking it though

I believe it is a very nice coin Detecto. Thank you for sharing it.

    The spots are slightly distracting...

    Not a fan.

    Here's one...a 62BN that didn't break the bank.

These later large cents are not tough. Wait for a better one.

It certainly is nice, showing it age and all. I would look for a better choice uncirc. though if i was laying down that kind of cash, you can get some nice examples on HA or TT

IMO, that is a rather ugly coin. Toning looks like it is covering up an AU coin. Dislike.

Dislike here also. The spots around the stars are eye-catching and distracting.

Now that I think of it...I see some foreign coppers toning real nicely.

Although I typically don't see this on LCs.

Maybe it is the pictures, but I would be very concerned about some of the spots. Like Lance said - take your time and a better example will come along.

Just an FYI the pop on this at NGC is 4 in that grade, and I didn't find that year on PCGS to compare with.

Nothing that a good scrubbing wouldn't fix.

Better to scrub the thought of buying the coin in the first place. I'm just sayin' :D :T$:

I don't mind that opinion, but what exactly led you to that conclusion?
