The 1924 Rubel says BCEX CTPAH, COEДИHЯИTECb! ПРOЛETAPИИ

I can just make out Proletarii, but the rest is beyond me.

Siberian Man, you should be able to enlighten me. This coin is a gift for a friend in the states, and I want to be able to tell him what it says.

One more thing, the denomination seems to be "Odin Rubel". Is Odin = 1? Any relation to the Norse god?

Click the blue thing under it... on the left.

"All countries, unite ECB! WORKERS" is what it translates it to for me.

What I found is this: "All proletarians of the world unite!". This is found at the bottom of the first crest of Uzbekestan (circa 1931).
