Small Date penny in 1970s proof set?

Hi All,
Again My lack of expertise shines thru. Can any one tell me if this penny is a small date? also your opinion on the overall set. there seems to be quite a difference in premium between the large date penny and the small date penny....Thanks, Patt01

yes there are small/large date proof's..that picture is hard to tell if it is hard whether or not it is small/large date

 

By looking at the 9 I'm thinking it's large date.
