Need your help grading this Large Cent.

I have been collecting coins off and on for years, but just recently got back into coin collecting. I am just getting into the grading of coins and have no idea were to start learning. Any links to help me learn how to grade coins would be very much appreciated.

I picked up this Large Cent the other day and was just wondering if anyone would be so kind as to try and grade it and give me a possible value of the coin. Thank you all in advance.

I said 20 in your last thread, but now i think 25 with your new pics, reverse looks better.
