I recently purchased a 2006 Silver Ann Set for a great price. 3 questions,(1) the slabbs are alittle scuffed up and looked at NGC website and they will reholder it for 7.00 a coin so thinking of doing that. Good idea? (2) Seems that if your not a member then you cant get it done, but my LCS said they would help me do the paper work and they woud summit them for me. (3) The 2006 P Reverse PF is PF69, the 2006 W is MS 69, the Ultra Cameo is PF 70, doees it make sense at the same time getting them reholdered that I take a chance to see if the other 2 might regrade at 70? Thanks for you advice, Jim

They probably won't, but only you could be able to tell since you have it in hand. With that said, I have the feeling that you don't know how to tell the difference. You'd probably be wasting the money. Just have them reholdered in their scratch-resistant slabs.

Any chance you could just polish the slabs?

go to most any glass shop and ask for plexiglass polish works great with a cloth buffing wheel in a drill or lots of elbow by hand with soft cloth. i had some GSA morgan cases that were all messed up and the polish saved them. use with a tiny bit of water and rinse good. stay away from the hologram. saved me many $$ at work. 30 years in the glass business.
