Pballer, how'd you get all those proof small dollars? Do you search them regularly? Were they all together?

I do like 4 boxes of whatever I feel like doing for each week :p I started off doing 10 rolls of nickels per day, and I found 4 war nickels the first day, so I was instantly hooked!

    Weird Roll

I had some time on Saturday where I actually weighed all the rolls I was going to search. Every one except this one came in at either 224 grams or 225 grams. This oddity came in at 210 grams. I could not figure out what was wrong other that it was short at least one coin, but even that still did not make sense.

Top left is a beat and bent silver 40%er. The upper right is from Mexico (I think)
Middle left is a smaller diameter 1976, middle right is from France
Bottom is a drilled clad Kennedy

By far this is the weirdest roll I have encountered. 3 of the coins were not even the same diameter or even close to a Half Dollar. How do they get in there? Nothing must get rejected out of these rolling machines.

I'm surprised at the amount of Buffs folks find in boxes. I've found some, but my average is .2 per box. Merc, what's your buffalo average? Gotta be higher than that.

    Somewhere near .5 per box.
