    It is gold its purity is 90% (here is image posted by siggi on listing as well as higher res images) i suspect the alloy is copper with no parts silver hence the Red Gold color.

    That's why I do not remember seeing the set, I skip sets with gold coins while searching ebay - for financial reasons :D

    I picked up one of those proofs the other day. It doesn't look too bad in hand, but the photos make it look awful.

    This one arrived today. It is a Hungarian 1 Forint, proof.

    Here's a proof Poland 100 zloty pattern that I picked up the other day. Mintage is around 4100 from what I have read. It's not listed in the regular Krause catalog.

    This is the first time that I see a 300/1000 gold coin, I noticed on your site that it is 90% gold, how is that?

    That should be a "900". Maybe it's due to how the light is reflected ...

    Yea its' 900 the reflection makes it appear like 300. Already air tited it when i get out someday i will get a better image of the coin.
