Searched only one box of halves today but it turned up 2 64's and 4 40's. bank has another box for me tomorrow. hopefully same results. I here people bad mouthing loomis and wells fargo but both those fit the description of tonights box

the exciting news though is that this makes 4 boxes in a row without marked coins. It took me 4 months but I think I have finally sifted through all the dumps.

 

I'd be glad to take that. Heck of a demoralizing day for me.

Pretty much at the end of my rope here. Have a nice number of boxes coming this week, if they don't produce, I'm probably dropping out of the game for a while. I can't keep doing all this work for no freakin' return.

 

I'm sorry. That reminds me of last year when I was going through box after box after box of nothing. I almost quit a few times. It doesn't seem worth it after awhile.

 

Only have had chance to get one box this week: I found 1 90% 64 and 3 40%ers in the first 8 rolls. I thought it was going to be a great box. Alas, those were the only ones. But, 4 is good for me as of late.

 

Don't give up merc, reading your posts has taught me that you gotta go through a fair number of skunky streaks before you make some incredible finds. Didn't you just find a couple Morgans recently?

Roll searching through A box of cents the other day I found this 1907 IHC

 

It's our area right now Merc. I was in a workshop all week since my 2 skunks on Monday.

Friday I got 2 more boxes of Halves: 2 Skunks
Today I did 5 Boxes of Halves: 4 Skunks. Box 2 had 1 x 1943 WLH

I got a $100 in BWD's and just by sheer luck I scored 3 silver Roosies.

I've had 17 out of 18 boxes of Skunks from my 1 bank over the last 6 weeks.

It has been very, very rough lately.

 

How much is a box of dimes or halves?

 

And all the "OUR OWN FORUM" ppl thought this would stop. LOL

It's $500 for halves.

 

You can find that answered 50 times if you use the search function.
Each box is 50 rolls, so multiply face value on a roll by 50x.

Those are some tuff numbers to battle through. The Only thing to do is keep powering through and get to a better pallet. I'm hoping for better results this week, at least I'm off to a better start with my two 40's

 

I'm telling you Loomis in my area is terrible. It's all about the area and you happen to be lucky you're pulling some silver out of your boxes. I'll post my results of my boxes, I'm expecting all skunks.

Tuff going man, I feel your pain. Focus on the CWR if you can, a veteran gave me that advice.
