    1 box dimes, skunk.
1 box pennies, 1 51D penny, decent condition.

This is getting dissapointing. In the past three days I have went through about 6k of coins and have found only 1 '64 half, 1 '61 Rosie, and about 10 wheats. I'm starting to wonder if it's worth doing this anymore?

Are there any more collectors around Jacksonville, NC?

PS: No one here will order anything larger than quarters, until I found a Marine Federal that will do it, they said they're ordering me 2000$ worth and it'll be in Tuesday.

Wells Fargo does suck!!! The one where I live ordered a few boxes for me, but they stopped after getting me 1 box a week for a month. Now they're saying I need an account to order coins for me. The tellers are very rude and won't give me information about what kind of account I can open and minimum balances and fee information. It's pretty pathetic how they're turning away a customer just because they don't want to deal with boxes of coins. Guess I won't ever be banking with them for serious banking matters. I love my Fulton Bank :) nicest tellers ever in there, and they will get me however many boxes I want! (well I've never wanted more than 8 in one week, and that was no problem for them. They even helped carry the boxes out to my car!!!)

25 CWR, 27 BWR halves: '72 S clad proof, bunches of '03 D and '04 D, no silver. The BWR were full of marked coins.

    Got 50 more Ikes though!

I have never had much luck trying to order from banks where I didn't have an account. I found a nice teller at a Chase once who was doing that for me for a couple months, but once he left they wouldn't order anymore. I stick to banks that offer the free checking.

Picked up a random box today from a bank I visit occasionally. I know the bank manager orders a couple boxes a week for his kids to go through, so sometimes I pick a up a box he hasn't brought home yet.

He must know where to order because the boxes I get from there usually do well. Found 2 90% and 8 40% plus a 1992 proof in good shape.Couple rolls had two in them. Those are always fun. Decent week for me so far.

Have to search for CWR if I want anymore halves until next weeks boxes.

WFs around me are hit or miss. One WF in my town is my main pickup branch, they order me halves and pretty much any other boxes/loose rolls I want on a daily basis. Sadly they use the same cash logistics company as Chase and some other banks in the area so the results are about the same as everywhere else, although I seem to have better luck with War Nickels (once got 2 rolls with 7 inside, and just got an ender last week) besides my random 1-3 silver dimes every box/bunch of rolls.

On the other hand, the other WF in town is full of change nazis. They make me show my debit card to get rolls even though they know I have an account. I still get boxes there, but last time I ordered boxes they gave me a hard time about not having a company name to put it under. I'm going to try and order fewer today and see how it goes.

I pick up from 2-3 other chains besides WF but I'm sure they all use the same cash company, except for TD (but im afraid of ordering dimes/quarters from them because I have a suspicion the cherrypicking tellers look at all the edges through the clear plastic rolls). I will probably open yet another account with a different chain sooner or later, and give them a try.

Anyway for me, it's been a slow week for rolls (besides the aforementioned war nickel ender) because I had to go to my grandfather's funeral and couldn't pick up my normal bevy of coin. My grandfather DID have a rather large amount of silver coins in his desk, about 3-4 rolls worth of silver quarters, a bunch of older foreign stuff, and some other random silver coins... really the motherlode! Sadly, my grandmother wouldn't let me take any of it, since I think she's using it as a way of forcing me to visit her in a few months lol. He did have a WL half that I grabbed, I guess I'll just have to be patient for the rest.

I was surprised to go through so many customer rolls and end up a skunk. I know some of the rolls were marked but not all of them. This was all done yesterday so that winds up my feb. Here's to a great March!!

I just picked up a box of halves. I guess I get strings and sons, the flat rectangle with holes on the bottom. Anyway. They have always been rolled in white with black lines at the crimps and now they are tan or brown wrapped with black writing. Wonder if it's a new wrap or older wrap. How are yours normally wrapped? Haven't went through them yet, but did have a 66' ender, so hopefully their will be more in their.

Another Box of Loomis halves - Another Skunk
4 of 5 boxes have been skunks
    out of those 5 boxes I have gotten 1 x 40%
I have them all ordered for next week again, but I'm expecting 5 more skunks
I either have to power through the the skunks or switch supply banks.

    Here's the aftermath....

Decided to try my luck with $40 in quarters from the laundromat: skunk. Would have picked up more but the attendant was getting suspicious.

The hubby has one box. He said he saw some enders so hopefully when he gets home we'll have another good box to add to March's collection.

Today was a busy day. I had to take a trip for work so I decided to detour a bit and hit a few banks on my way home.

    Bank 1 - nothing
    Bank 2 - $1.50 loose, 1 40%
    Bank 3 - $4.00 loose, nothing
    Bank 4 - $80 rolled, nothing
    Bank 5 - $20 rolled, 15 40% and 1 90%

Stopped at the bank and picked up my 2 boxes.

Box 1 - Wender in a corner - total for that box was the 1 walking liberty ender
    Box 2 - 1 1963 Benny

It was a strange set of boxes. When I saw the ender WL I got excited but that was the only coin in the box. For me, having enders never ends up with lots of coins in the box. I swear that everytime I have enders, I only get those coins or maybe 1-2 others.

I'm not complaining, it was a good day
