My guess is that they haven't sold one in awhile and wanted to move them after all they are a clad comm. I didn't know they were going for so much on ebay just reading the post and everyone saying that they were the new key. Is that true are they the new key, how many were minted? Should I get the proof ones for $25?

 

here it is. I got seven of them. It's my local shop I almost feel guilty.

 

I wouldn't feel guilty. It has only been the last month or so that the price on these really jumped. If the dealer doesn't keep up with current coin values is it your fault? After all dealers are supposed to be the pros here. It's his bad for not being a member of C.T.:smile

You are right I'm not feeling too bad he made a couple of bucks I'll sell enough to pay for the ones I'll keep and their you go. It will be interesting to see how they do, if they top out or keep going up.

I just sent a group of peace dollars and Ikes to NGC three days ago, could have included a couple of the nice ones too bad. I've noticed some of them wouldn't come close to 69's
