i have a 1991 error penny that only has the date as 199 the penny is missing the last number 1 on the date, how much is worth? it looks like this http://www.cointalk.com/attachments/...-199-penny.jpg but mine is in almost perfect condition
Too bad its a 1991 missing the last 1 and not a 1992 missing the last 2. Question for me is.. how do you know its a 1991 if the last digit is missing?
If it's a wide AM, it's gotta be a 90-92 or 98-99. If it's a close AM, it's gotta be a '92-99. So you can kinda narrow down the date.

The premium over face is absolutely negiligible. If you like it, keep it, it only cost you one cent... presumably, at least. Am I detecting sarcasm here? If you have an issue with me, feel free to PM me...
Don't listen to them, DJ. Yours, being in perfect condition, should sell, at a good auction, for at least $250,000. On a good day, maybe even $300,000. I would insure it for at least that amount if I were going to keep it.
