1953 wheat cent: Is this machine doubling?

Found an interesting looking '53 wheat. The pictures can't grab it, but there also looks to be a ghost I to the left of the original letter in "Liberty". There is also an error on the reverse...is this a die break or a cud?

Im not sure about the ghost but that does indeed look like a die chip on the reverse to me

 

Machine doubling.

The thing on he reverse is a die chip. A cud would have to include the rim.
