Cazkaboom One for all, all for me.

Hmm... I have thought it was like the 1979-S Type 1 MM making a premium like on the Susie B dollars. I am misspoken.

the type II mint mark from 1979 is the same as the Type I mint mark from 1981. The ones that command a premium are the type IIs of each year

Mine is a '62. Hadn't had it out in a while and forgot lol.
Sorry the pics aren't great. My camera refuses to take good pics so I had to borrow my sisters. These are like the 20th and 21st pics I took lol. Its certainly not ultra-cameo but I'd rate it somewhere between cameo and dcam.

    Hi Mike
That is a very nice coin, what I am confused about is, you only collect 1962 Franklin's is that correct?
If so why only 1962 , please don't take me wrong, I think it is a great idea, just never thought of it before.
    All the best

1962 is the year I was born. I don't collect Franklins as much as 1962 proof coins and cameo and ultra cameo coinage of the pre-1965 era in general.

I do, however like the Franklin series. It is a tough series to learn to grade.

I'd submit it to NGC. Cameo Franklins command a decent premium
