A Fairly Scarce 34-D "J" Note $5

    although 6.5MM were printed Gem examples are seldom found laying around these days...I thought it might be a good move to pick it up as most of you know I like the Series 1934- 34D $5 notes. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did finding it. :D :D

    Definitely a sleeper series because they look so much like the notes that were in circulation until the 90's. Great find as always Rickie.

    Shoewrecky, well I waited for the PM but it never arrived..had it, then perhaps I would have sent it..kind of makes you wonder a little bit right?
    I am at the point in the New York Collection that notes are very infrequent that I need to fill holes. So in the mean time a note like this finds it's way to join their brothers.
    I find it interesting that populations of reported notes are so small.
