    Cazkaboom One for all, all for me.

    Funny thing is that I had it in a whitman album under 1955, but then took it out for photographing, and took a look at the pictures and saw this, it immediately went into the spot for the DDO with me knowing I have no intentions of getting the read McCoy.

    The details on those 1916's and 1917's are unmatched. Gorgeous coin!

    Thanks!

    I like the '16 better...it has a bit of cameo look. But you're right about the detail on the '16 and '17.

    Good eye, Cazkaboom! I don't think I've ever seen a better one on a business strike Lincoln. I have my share of mediocre ones too.

    But if you look closely, even with the weaker beard on your 17, the locks are more prominent over his ear than on the 16. Still, both have fantastic detail.

    EDS = KILLER 1916

    Even though all 1916's were from a fresh new master hub, this one is exceptional. The reverse is also EDS. I could live with the light print. :D

    You guys prob saw this on ebay, but I bought it for 18.50 shipped. Seller had blurry pics and I figured I had an extra 20 bucks to take a look. The pics are with my 4s I phone, not bad, has 8 mega pix camera. I see you guys getting into later date wheats and I started to take a look and found this one. I suspect that these would be great training ground dates for coin doctors to hone their craft, so I tend to back off, but I think this coins color is market acceptable and pretty cool too.
