    1932 capped bust dime

I won the auction below today. It's my first capped bust dime. I didn't have time to contact the sellar in referance to the cancer on the reverse so I wont know how bad it is until I get it in hand. I just liked the look of the coin. Looking for opionions on if I got a decent buy. Thanks for any inputs.

Forgive me for the title. As I said below, was a little tired when I typed this. If a mod or someone could change the title, it would be appreciated.

I though you were talking about a Half dollar at first. When I seen the price first on the Ebay listing , oh then I seen it was a Half dime.

    Thanks again.

It's not even a half dime, it is a full dime.

That's a serious "cancer" on the reverse Sully, but for ten bucks and change I wouldn't worry about it. You must have liked it well enough when you bid on it, so if you still like it when you get it you did okay. When you can examine the coin in hand look at the reverse very closely to see if it's not a counterstamp rather than damage. If it is let us know...as a matter of fact, maybe you can post a better pic of it for us to see no matter what it looks like.

At that price, it's a good type coin Dime, until you find a better one.

    1832, not 1932. :)

Edit: Oops, didn't notice you asked for the title to be changed. I was trying to delete this post before it posted but I didn't make it in time.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I'll definately post pics when I get it to see how bad the obverse is.
