Those "bumps" are simply outgassing of the zinc core under the thin copper plating and are not considered an error. But........whatever.
Cool. So it's an error in the plating process but it's not called an error. Learn something everyday.
Couple counterfeits Here are a couple counterfeits. The guy that bought them at auction allowed me to take photos. He was in the process requesting a refund & that was the last I heard of these two coins.

Yes I believe that the 1984 cent posted by ldhair is the 1984 doubled ear. I wish I had one! Here is a 1961 proof half dollar with the DDR.
