For what it’s worth, PCGS shows a population of 4 in grade 3. I’m not sure why anyone would send that in.
Because of "quanity" or rarity of the variety known, not the quality of the specimen. Thus you will find many two feather buffs graded even in poor conditions.
Not so fast...your specimen isn't a 2 feather variety. It is a 2.5 feather... Ron Popes book on this series is a priceless tool. Ron was a dear friend whom is missed by many of us old farts. He loved to cherry pick !
