Well my mom bought me one of these and a silver set back in the 80's. When I was about 5 i took them out of the plastic and played with them......We still have the IKE but the rest of them are some place in circulation lol * YOUR WELCOME OTHER COIN ROLL SEARCHERS *

Like some have said, it was that lady's responsibility to know what she had. She knew damn well that she wanted to spend her money - so she did. If she asked the cashier "hm, I wonder if these things carry any value today" then I feel that he should have spoken up - but otherwise, his job is to be a cashier, not a numismatic help desk.

 

Well put! I doubt if anyone got a smokin' deal on a new car they'd come to the dealership with a check written out for the amount they think they should have paid.I'm thinking that maybe the lady spending the Morgan may be paying in Karma. Now, what could she have done?
