Oh no I am not. Im going to cut the loop (carfeully asto not damage the coin) and place it in my 7070 Dansco Type set

I would, the damage is already done. Can you imagint the conversations you would create at a show?

I'd tell people that I was the one who put the hole in it to wear it because I loved it so much. I'd also tell them I scrub it with a brilo pad monthly to keep it clean and shiny. Shock value and the faces it generates is priceless!

Just think if some idiot got one of those silver pucks and placed it on a chain around their neck and went to a huge coin show. I don't want to give anyone ideas but you could be the Flavor Flav of the coin world!! :D I would have included a pic of the dude but I'm at work. :DWhat a joke!!

I think you did very well with that purchase. In spite of the hole it is still a very nice coin and, with the amount of remaining details, will be a great coin for you to study. And who knows; that coin could be the start of your Holed Type Set.

It very well could be although I don't plan on it. I remember maybe 3 monthsback there was a thread about a 7070 type set with only holed coins.
