I checked the sites for reference,Ken Potters, does not have such a Penny! I checked Wexlers DoubleEddie.com does not show such a Penny! I asked a Expert online(About.com),he is drwaing a BLANK! I typed in on the Net Browser "1973 D Penny Varieties" and Nothing! Except someone selling a 1973 D regular on Allcertifiedcoins.com with a Broken Edge for some $20.00! Please, help me...has anyone heard/Seen/own one of these 1973 D pointing South/East varaties? or Did I Discover a NEW Extreemly Rare Varaiety:thumb:? God Bless Beck, Kissimmee FL PS:The Penny also showing DDO Attributes.I did not inculde a pic because my Question very simple and Basic.
post pictures of what you have and a picture of what you need.. if it machine doubling like shadow doubling its technically not a double die,
I feel the same too. It is like some one wakes up, then goes to the gas station, buys only one lottery ticket , that was the first ticket of the life time. In 2 days the person won $ 250 million. lol.
Oh, Mirza, you're always discovering extreemly rare pennies! You have more luck doing that than anyone I know.:smile; but on CT we always need pictures. There' no such animal as not needing to put up pictures [because it's a simple question] when it's about attributing a found coin.
Friend,My Question was about the D varaiety pointing South/East,not so much on the Doubling even though the D is Thick as well.Pictures,Yes...soon.God Bless.
1973 D Penny Pointing South/East Varaiety The Question was very Simple to Answer, seen one or no,Pictures Ok I'll Post em soon...I promise. Again,D points Hard (South/East).Easy to spot on a Penny when that happens... I have the Penny, its not a joke...I'll post pictuers asap...God Bless! Hey,I found the FG Penny for 1988 as well...a little (PMD-on-it) but its a RED penny as well. You know the one that has the 1989 FG in reverse...another cool find.On list with LCR's Top 50 Extreemly RARE varaieties. Thanks for answering looking at my Post.God Bless!
Without pics no one is going to confirm that you have a rare find no matter how much you describe it. Mint marks were hand punched until the mid-80's. Some were high (into the date), some were low, some were tilted, some were repunched and some were over punched. Tilted mint marks are common (if that's what you have) but until you post pics, we're not sure what you have.
Dear Customer, It is with deep regret that we must inform you that your crystal ball which you loaned to us was accidentally dropped and broken by one of our employees who is no longer with us. Enclosed, please find 50c to cover the postage so that you can send us another one. Thank you, E. X. Cusme Manager I. C. Coinz, Inc.
Dear E.X. Cusme: Our client expects to be compensated at full value for said crystal ball is it was a rare, one of kind made of the finest crystal and was blessed by the maharamadamadoo. If payment is not received in full within 10 business days we will have no choice but to commence legal action against your firm. Best regards. We, Fleece, Em & How Attorneys at Law
We, Fleece, Em & How Attorneys at Flaw Gentlemen: We at ICCI pride ourselves in our responsiveness to our customers' needs, and I'm sure that we will be able to bring this issue to a speedy resolution. However, there is one small matter which must be addressed before we proceed. Enclosed is a copy of the bailment which your client signed. If you will note at the bottom of the 79th page, there is a clause which required your client to pay the cost of insuring the crystal ball while it is in our possession. Since your client failed to include his proof of coverage as agreed, we had no alternative but to secure coverage on our own. All we ask is that your client make payment in the amount of $13,003,064.91 to cover the cost of the premium within ten (10) days and we will be more than happy to compensate him fully for the crystal ball. Very truly yours, Cummin N. Gowin Resolution Department
Cummin N. Gowin Resolution Department Sir: It is unfortunate that our client finds they do not have checks in the amount request. However, they do have possession of a Certified Cashiers check in the amount of $25,000,000, please find enclosed, and ask of your department superior to endorse said check, and return the balance post haste, or right away. I. Ben Yerkinov Bait Master
Does it look like this; http://www.coppercoins.com/diesearch.php-not this link, my bad http://www.coppercoins.com/diesearch.php?page=192 Sorry bad link try this one ( go halfway down the page, does your coin bear any resemblance to any of the 1973 D's?)
Sir: I believe you are "yerking" us around. No one in their right mind would be willing to accept a check of any kind that is drawn on a bank in Nigeria. Unfortunately, I will not be able to return the Certified Cashiers check to you. I didn't realize that it was drawn on "flash paper", and my cigar got too close to it during my examination. Sincerely, Dusty Mopps Janitorial Division
Sir: There is still the matter of the 50c which ICCI enclosed for return postage. Since your client chose not to send a replacement crystal ball, we respectfully request that your client refund the 50c. Thank you, Cele E. Guse Collections Department
I will be more than happy to credit your client's account the $.50. However, that will be applied towards the damage of the flash paper cashier's check which was destroyed in your care, and will no doubt cost my $.51 to replace. This leaves a net balance your client owes us, of $.01. Please remit payment at your earliest convenience. Thank you. Hu Flung Doo Brown Log Products, Inc.
