Penny with a lot of little bubbles

    Are these air bubbles? Does it increase the value?​

    Those are gas bubbles and are because there were problems with the plating process in zinc cents from 1982 to at least 1988. Does not increase the value, and probably decreases it because when those bubbles "pop" or are worn away the interior can be exposed more and rot.

    Decrease the value to what? The minimum would be 1 cent right? lol just messing with ya.
